The UV flame detector detects flames in burner systems by measuring the UV radiation of the flame.
In comparison to simpler photo detectors, the UV detection is independent off room light and after-glowing
of the burner. With this, fast and reliable safety shutdown of dangerous fuels such as hydrogen becomes possible.
